This workshop will also give all participants an understanding of how change is implemented and some tools for managing their reactions to change.

Organizational Assessment

We assess ALL personnel and deliver a report to senior management. Organizational culture is the key to your success. High-performing organizations often have a corporate culture that fits in with their market. OCAI, the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument we use for diagnosing organizational culture, was developed by professors Robert Quinn and Kim Cameron. OCAI is a validated instrument, based on the Competing Values Framework, and used by over 10,000 companies worldwide. The Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) takes about 17 minutes to measure the current as well as the preferred culture., productivity, physical health, and emotional well-being) is also well documented. Companies use this Assessment to develop training programs and to launch employee engagements initiatives to achieve concrete results.
